In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Link will take on a number of Dungeons in his quest to find the Sages, the Master Sword, and Princess Zelda. One such dungeon encountered later on in the main story is the Construct Factory.

In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom's Construct Factory dungeon, players are tasked with assembling a Zonai Construct on behalf of the Sage of Spirit so that she can inhabit it and gain a body again. This will require Link to navigate four depots surrounding the main factory building and retrieve the necessary parts.

The Construct Factory Guide

On arriving at the Construct Factory with the strange mask, players should immediately head a little south to activate the Muokuiji Lightroot, allowing fast travel back to the Factory whenever needed. This will also reveal the area on the map.

Once this is done, Link should take the mask to the factory and plug it into an empty slot with the same shape. This will prompt Mineru to explain that she needs parts from four depots in the area in order to assemble a new body. These four Depots each contain a small puzzle that Link must complete to retrieve a part.

Left-Arm Depot Guide

After entering this Depot, Link should activate the nearby Zonai terminal to release the left arm container, which will also seal the door he entered through. After that, players can activate the large wheel nearby to cause a door to open and carry the part through it.

From the other side of said door, players can detach and retrieve the wheel and then two more wheels from this side of the door. Attach these to the container holding the left arm to create a car, and grab the nearby steering stick to make it steerable. Players can then drive this contraption across the lava bridge to the other side of the room.

Players should then disassemble their contraption and rotate the container, attaching one wheel to each of the shorter sides. This will make the resulting contraption wide enough to put its wheels on the narrow ledges on either side of the lava pit between Link and the next room.

Add the steering stick and ride it across, then grab a wheel and attach it to the door, then attach the block on the end of the chain on the door to the wheel. Activate the wheel to raise the door and carry the left-arm container through the door.

On this side of the door, players can find some fans. Attach them to the container and put it in the water, then attach a steering stick and ride the container down the water and back to the main factory, where bringing the container near to where the mask was plugged in will cause it to break and release the arm, which can then be slotted in.

Left-Leg Depot Guide

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom_Left Leg Depot

In the Left-Leg Depot, Link can activate a Zonai terminal to seal the entrance and release the Left-Leg Container. Put it on one of the nearby elevators and hit a rocket to carry it up to the top. At the top, put the Container on the movable ramp after using the nearby spinning switch to move the ramp to the position shown in the image above, then attach some rockets to it, climb onto it, and ride the container across the gap and into the next section.

In this section, place the container in the groove on the floor facing outward into the depths, hop on, attach some rockets from the nearby elevator, and fire the container out into the depths with Link riding it. The container and Link should land near the main factory, so carry it in and put the left leg into its slot.

Right-Leg Depot Guide

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom_Right Leg Depot

This Depot begins much like the last, with Link activating a Terminal and then using a nearby elevator (fan-powered this time) to carry it up. This leads to a terribly imposing-looking puzzle where players appear to be expected to transport the container up some tracks. Unfortunately, constant blockages on the tracks make them very difficult to navigate, so players will likely find it easier to skip the puzzle entirely by making use of Recall.

Attach a hook to the top of the container, attach another hook to the top of that one, then carry them underneath the ledge on the far side of the room. Hold them high in the air so they're near the upper ledge for a few seconds, then bring them back down and use Recall to send them back up.

While they rewind, Link can use Ascend under the ledge to get up to it and then Ultrahand to grab the container and hooks as they rise, pulling them onto the ledge and skipping the rail puzzle entirely.

Bring the container through to the next elevator, ride it up, and then attach both the container and some fans to a glider and use the nearby launch point to ride the glider down to the Construct Factory with the Right-Leg in tow.

Right-Arm Depot Guide

The Right-Arm Depot starts just like the others, and Link should activate the terminal and then put the container on the nearby conveyer belt to carry it to the next section. Once up there, players will need to attach wheels to the construct container at differing angles so that it doesn't fall off the electrified beam and then activate the wheels to move the whole construct across the beam. An example device using a sled in place of the container can be seen in the image above.

Glide under the beam and use the tunnel on the far side to activate the Ascend power and meet the container on the far side of the beam. Carry the container through the door, then use the extra wheels found nearby and the steering stick to assemble a car using the container as the body, and drive it down to the factory to deliver it and complete the Construct Factory.
