Technically, players don't need to do anything to obtain this quest, as it is given the moment they complete Eldin's Colossal Fossil. After fixing the first fossil at the coordinates 1641, 3700, 0098, players will speak to Loone to get their Rupees reward, and the NPC will also reveal the location of the second giant fossil in the land.

Follow the waypoint to the Hebra region, and near the coordinates of -3773, 3553, 0288 will be an entrance at the bottom of the mountain. Head in and speak to Loone.

After speaking to the NPC, she will once again task Link in helping to form a complete fossil so that she can appreciate the majesty of the Leviathan. This is a much more challenging task than the Eldin's Great Skeleton, with players required to obtain both the fin and the spine of the fossil.

Fin Bone

From the starting location with Loone, look to the left, and the fin bone can be seen in the distance. Get over there, and it will become clear that the fin bone is stuck in a rock formation. To wrestle it free, attach a bomb flower to an arrow and fire away.

Now, use Ultrahand and carry the now-free bone to the fin formation, and rotate it so that it is now vertical. Push it in, and wait for the jingle to confirm it is in place.

Spine Bone

Next up, the spine bone can be found north of where the fin bone was found. Look for a giant block of ice, and start melting it using some Fire Fruit. Once the ice is gone, what is left will be the vital spine bone.

Once again, use Ultrahand to bring the spine bone to the gap in the fossil and rotate it within the space until it clicks in.

With both missing pieces once again part of the fossil, Link's job is done. Head back to Loone and talk to her to complete the quest and obtain another 50 Rupees for the trouble.
