After players have completed the first main quest in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, the game truly begins as they make their descent down to Hyrule. They learn the basics during the tutorial, gain some new abilities, and are then set out into the big open world.
The highly anticipated sequel to Breath of the Wild offers a great deal of content for players to the point that it is easy to forget entirely about the main story. Though one thing players will want to prioritize is visiting as many shrines as possible so that they can get more health or stamina for their adventures. There are many shrines scattered across Hyrule in Tears of the Kingdom, and the Sepapa Shrine is one of them. This walkthrough will show players how to complete Sepapa Shrine.
Where to Find the Sepapa Shrine
Sepapa Shrine can be found in the far, upper right section of Central Hyrule. It is northeast of Lookout Landing, and directly east of Hyrule Castle. The coordinates for the Sepapa Shrine are 0222, 1085, 0028. Since players will already have all the abilities they need to do this shrine, they can head right there as soon as they land in Hyrule if they wish.
Sepapa Shrine Walkthrough
Once the shrine has been located, activate it and walk inside. This shrine makes use of the Recall ability, so make sure to equip it. Go up the stairs and wait for the moving platform to be just beneath the stairs.
Activate Recall and use it on the platform. Get on the platform and use it to make it up to the next floor. Up ahead, players will see a large body of water and a series of flames. Before going any further, combine an arrow with a Fire Fruit and shoot at the vines below the chest on the wall.
Players should not worry if they don't have a Fire Fruit. There is another way to ignite the vines.
Look to the left and use Recall to bring back a wood platform. Let Recall bring it all the way back to where it can be jumped onto. If needed, set an arrow on fire while passing by the flames and then shoot it at the vines to bring the chest down. Open the chest to obtain a Strong Construct Bow. Use Recall again to go back to the other side of the water.
In order to progress through the blocked off door, pick up the torch and use Recall to reach the flames. While passing by, hold down a charge attack and then unleash it to ignite the torch. Take it back to the door and light the two pedestals to the left and the right. This will open the door, allowing players to proceed.
Next, go to the right and pick up the sphere. Take it toward the first yellow circle and drop it in. Then pick up the sphere again and take it down the circle at the bottom of the ramp. Drop the sphere in once more and go toward the now open gate. Go through the gate and then use Recall to take it back to the other circle so that it opens the last gate. Stop using Recall to leave it there and approach the altar to receive a Light of Blessing.
