Located in the northeastern part of Lindor's Brow, the Kiuyoyou Shrine can be found near Rowan Plain, specifically at the coordinates -1106, 2090, 0104.

It is hard to miss, with the shrine standing in plain sight, awaiting the curious to take on its challenge of elemental manipulation.

Kiuyoyou Shrine Walkthrough (Fire and Ice)

Upon entering the shrine, players will be greeted with flames on the right and a huge ice block on the left. Exploring further, there will also be a button near a pillar deeper towards the left. It is clear that the ice block will come in handy, but at this stage, it is still way too big to fit. To successfully overcome the puzzle, follow these steps.

Flame Jets & Ice Block

Kiuyoyou Shrine Flame Jets & Ice Block
  • First, grab the giant block of ice with Ultrahand. Now move it near the flames before pushing it in and out of the flames intermittently to melt it.
  • Once it's small enough, move it to the button and drop it to open the gate on the left.
  • Go through the gate, and use the glider with the wind to cross over to the opposite end.

Melting Ice

  • Here, players will find ice blocks that keep falling onto flame jets. To prevent the ice from melting, grab the nearby stone panel and block the flames.
  • Get an ice block to safety, remove the stone panel, and stick the ice block to the panel using Ultrahand before moving the whole thing to the nearby spiked slope. Rotate the new construct so that the ice is on the spikes so that it slides down. Follow using the glider again.

Kiuyoyou Shrine Optional Chest

  • At this point, it's time to get the treasure. Remove the ice block from the panel and place it on the nearby shelf. Ascend upwards through the platform before climbing the ice block to receive the Zonaite Spear.

Finish Up

  • Now, reattach the ice block to the stone panel, and rotate it so that the ice is below. Move forward towards the flame jets.
  • Place the entire thing on the button, which will open up the gate to the exit.

The end reward is a Light of Blessing for finishing the shrine, together with a new fast-travel spot to make traveling around in the game a little easier.
