There are several shrines that play around with the use of wind in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, one of which is the Kisinona Shrine. Located deep in the heart of the Eldin Canyon, it's one of the shorter shrines in the entire game, with only a single puzzle for players to solve.

Despite this, however, completing Kisinona Shrine can actually be pretty tricky, as it's not immediately obvious what's required. Even after The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom players figure out how to open the path to the statue room, finding the right setup to pull it off can be a real challenge.

The Kisinona Shrine can be found in the Eldin Canyon area due east of the Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower. It's slap bang in the middle of Lake Ferona and Cephla Lake, just north of the Foothill Stable. The best way to reach it is definitely from above, though those traveling on foot or on horseback should still be able to navigate the rocky terrain without too much trouble. For anyone having trouble finding it, the coordinates for the Kisinona Shrine are 2568, 1246, 0173.

Kisinona Shrine Walkthrough

The theme of Kisinona Shrine is wind power, meaning that players are going to be playing around with fans. There's only one puzzle room, inside of which players will find a large spinning wheel surrounded by smaller spinning devices. When these smaller devices spin, the lights on top of them are illuminated, and players will need to light them all up simultaneously in order to complete the shrine.

This is actually pretty easy, with players simply needing to attach the two fans to the outside of the larger wheel using Link's Ultrahand ability. They'll need to attach the fans at a slight angle rather than sitting flush to the wheel though, as this is what will provide the thrust needed to turn the wheel. It should perhaps go without saying, but both fans should be pushing the wheel in the same direction rather than working against each other.

Before completing the Kisinona Shrine, players should locate the ledge with the chest on it and place one of the fans down beneath it pointing upward. With the fan activated, they'll want to jump into the stream of wind that it's creating and then press X to use Link's Paraglider. This will propel them high up into the air, allowing them to land safely on the ledge and open up the chest. Inside, they'll find a Mighty Construct Bow, after which, they can head on through to the statue room and claim their Light of Blessing.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for the Nintendo Switch.
